Growing the Better With Bethany Brand Into Better Co. Has Been an Amazing Adventure
Before Real Estate, I was stuck in a job where I wasn't valued, treated professionally, or paid enough. Most of the time I had my head in my hands, frustrated that my boss didn’t appreciate or understand my worth. I remember thinking, “How can I tell my son to shoot for the stars when I was accepting less than I deserved?”

Deciding to make a change and begin the Better with Bethany brand was the best, and scariest, thing I had ever done.
Even so, I had moments of doubt thinking, “Are we going to end up living in a Winnebago?”
I also heard comments from family and friends like, “What are you doing, you’re crazy!” and “You're only one income, what about your health insurance?”

Through it all, my commitment was strong. I was focused on building a career and ultimately a life that aligned with the values that I was instilling in my son:

It was not my initial intention to build a team, however when I made the leap into Real Estate everything in my life changed.
Through wholehearted dedication to my brand and the service I was providing to my clients I saw my health, my parenting, my house, and my relationships improve. I also saw my income, my impact, and my purpose grow.
I believe my greater purpose is to help everyone feel valued, respected, and have financial freedom. For my clients that means developing Better Co. to ensure they have the best experience imaginable when buying and selling their homes.
